Shake Up What?

After watching this TV show for two years, I am really disappointed with Disney Channel. This is probably the WORST show on Disney Channel. The acting on this show makes Will Ferrel's movies look good.  The series is just that bad.

First of all, the show has the worst costumes.  The girls are just wearing layers and layers of jackets, vests, dresses, skirts, and jeans.  Most of the time, the characters do wear decent clothes.  However, they dress so loud and add so many bright, colorful layers, that they look like clowns on stage.  The boys dress okay though.  They dress a little more simple and normalish than the girls.

I have to say, the dancing is not terrible, but they can do way better.  It is not bad for Disney, but it could always be improved.  Some nicer choreography can be added.  Once and while someone does a fancy flip just to fill in the space.  The best dancing ever done was by either one of the guys on the show or by one of the guest stars.

The worst part about the show is definitely the acting.  Mia Talerico is a better actress and she is only about three years old.  Bella Thorne has a weird sounding voice.  She sounds so fake, especially when she is trying to be serious.  Zendeya is even worse.  Her lips are really long, so when she talks, they stretch all over the place.  She also makes these very weird facial expressions.  Davis Cleveland sounds horrible during some moments but he's just a kid.  I'm also not to crazy about Roshon Fegan and Adam Irigoryen.  Kenton Duty and Caroline Sunshine aren't that bad.

Overall, there is plenty of room for improvement.

"Daddy's Little Girl"

What would you do if your children were required by law to stay with their mother who has a boyfriend that sells drugs and associates with gangs? Would you ever fall in love with your personal driver? Would you let a job deprive you of life?

I have recently seen the film Daddy's Little Girl, which is a Tyler Perry production. I really enjoyed watching this movie because from my perspective, it brought together two people who barely knew each other to a couple who is forever in love. This movie is most likely appropriate for people who like romance and drama intertwined together. The whole concept of this film was stellar, and I loved every moment of it. It definitely bought tears to my eyes and goosebumps to my skin. One of my favorite parts was when Monty, the father, or in this case, the driver, took Julia, a very stern lawyer out to a bar and she finally expressed her true personality. There were parts in this movie where I thought it just wasn't fair at all. I would never let my ex-spouse whose boyfriend is a drug dealer have custody of my children! Towards the end of the movie, the three daughters came rushing to Monty's (the father) home at about 2 in the morning to state the fact  that the Monty's ex-spouse's boyfriend was abusing the youngest daughter out of three. this left me in a state of awe, to be honest. Anger filled Monty's air and it persuaded him to do something he's never done before. Before I explain what happened, he already had another dilemma. Julia believes Monty was a rapist, but the truth is, he was falsely accused as one. Now going  back into time, Monty already has that on his mind, now he knows that his own child was being abused. He reached the peak of patience, and finally got to express the revenge he wanted to plot onto his enemies for the longest. He crashes his car into Joesph's (the abuser) car, then swiftly starts to fight him. I can candidly say that Joesph deserved that for all he has done. One of the other horrible things he has done was threaten to kill Monty if the eldest of the three daughters didn't smoke or sell the marijuana Joesph manufactured. Anyways, after the whole town came out to see the riot, as I would say, going on outside, and the night proceeded, the next day, a court visit was scheduled. On that day, the town agreed to testify against Joesph and Jennifer (the ex-spouse). When I saw that, I was elated. It shows that you can get the justice you deserve even in the most weirdest ways.

I strongly suggest you watch this movie, or any movie Tyler Perry has produced or directed. They are all worth watching!

Is your Face Off creative?

Face Off is a new TV series featuring all kind of artists. There are sculptures, make up artists, and even body painters. Their challenge? To create different characters based on a certain theme, such as Return to Oz (remix of wizard of oz) or animals found in the ocean.  The problem is, they only have a certain amount of time to complete the tasks. The artists are pushed to the limit and are forced to use every creative idea they have. How they use their creativeness to create something can relate to drama as well. Actors and directors have to have a creative and open mind to make something worth seeing. Without being creative, productions would be boring and the performances and concepts wouldn't become clear to the audience. Being creative involves thinking out of the box, taking chances, and doing something you think no one else would. In acting class, this could help you get out of your shy stage and shine as the center of attention. You can be creative with skits and games, or even during warm-ups when its your week to lead the class. In order to have an understanding of being creative, maybe you can ask yourself questions such as: How does giving a creative twist to my skit help me? Am I doing something different, or something that everyone always does? Is there another way to make a certain activity unique? Whether you're on the new show Face Off  making sea creatures, or just trying to do an activity in an acting class, being creative can help intrigue your audience and can help you win big on national television! What are some ways you can be creative with what you do? Are you always giving different varieties of what you're doing?  Being open minded is also a way to open up yourself to knew opportunities. With all these methods, you can accomplish things you couldn't without your personal take on something. How do you think of way to change things around?! Share, and maybe other students will be able to catch on to your method and improve on their creativeness where ever they may need it.

Don't Give Up!

Ever heard of the quote
"Where there's a will, there's a way"?
If no, stick it into your brain right now and never forget it. A lot of people underestimate their abilities and give up. Just a simple glitch can make you change your mind and you start to tell yourself "I can't do it."STOP THINKING NEGATIVELY. What I like to do when I feel I won't accomplish something, like a song (and believe me when I tell you, my voice is not the best in the world. Who's is?), I take a deep breath and listen to the song over and over. Sometimes I would just find a quiet place and meditate. It seems weird, but it actually helps you clear your mind and get you back on the positive track. Like Ella Fitzgerald said,
"Just don't give up trying to do what you really want to do. Where there is love and inspiration, I don't think you can go wrong."
There's one thing that I've learned since 1997, Life is unfair. You don't always get what you want, but that doesn't mean you won't achieve what you want. You might not get it on the first try, but practice makes perfect and practice is the key. It's not going to be easy, but I guarantee you'll gain experience on the way; and one day, you'll find yourself saying "I can do this, bring it on!" There was a time when I couldn't do a split and I felt discouraged when I saw how easily someone did it. I felt even worse when I saw a guy do it. So I made a commitment and told myself that everyday I will stretch and get in a splitting position until I succeed. Till this day, I still can't do a split. But that's not the point, the point is that if you don't really commit to doing something, you won't get it done. The people I saw probably had years of practice or a really good gymnastics teacher. I'm sure they cried a little, or in some people's cases a lot,but that didn't stop them from learning how to get low. Acting, dancing, singing, stage managing, they're all in the same technique. Everyone can act if they put full potential and get in the mood. And if you can act, you can dance; if you can dance, you can sing; if you can sing, you can be a stage manager; and if you can be a stage manager, you can be an acting teacher like Ms. Gittings.

What Happened

                                                                             AMP
                                                     What  Happened
Can there be love without trust?
no...
seriously...can there be love without trust?

This is the situation that I'm facing

As I look into the windows of your soul, your eyes
I wonder if anyone else has been with between my thighs
that's right... MY THIGHS

I say mine because without me there is no you
or so I thought when all your words there true
but now as I look into your eyes
all I can seem to find is lies

Oh you surprised??

Well When you tell a lie after lie
it starts to get pretty thick
and to be honest I'm to the point I don't give a s**t

so you sit like a boy who lost sheep
but if you would had told the truth when i asked
the hole you dug wouldn't be so deep
go ahead...weep

what happened to us living like my dream
the days when i looked into your eyes
and saw my queen, a wife that could be for, the women...
the women of my dream

Now I Sit

Thinking and praying to the man up above
to help me figure out this thing called love
understanding it is rare
learning from it...is a must
but my question of the day remains...
           can there be love without.........TRUST

Jessie J- an inspiration

Jessie J is such an amazing singer. Even coming from England, with the accent and all. That's what makes her so unique. When she came out with the song "Price Tag" she became well known for it. She was a songwriter for Chris Brown, Miley Cyrus, and Nicki Minaj. Lol :D no I'm just kidding , she didn't write music for Nicki Minaj. But she is an inspiration for all the people who get taunted at school or at home, when people say that they won't make it in life. Like Jessie J said in Who's Laughing Now-"See I got a message from you. Hola, I'm proud of you. 'Oh my God, babe, you're voice is like wow!' My reply 'Who's laughing now". Those lyrics go out to all the people who will make it and the people that ridiculed them are going to try to befriend them and you're going to remember these lyrics. She wrote that song to help the people who don't have the courage or don't think they will make it in life. Everyone should listen to her. If you agree or diagree then post. Just feel free. :)

Do you think you know who A is .Comment your guesses and why
