This past weekend everyone has heard about what has been yet another tragic loss.Whitney Elizabeth Houston, born on August 9, 1963, died at the age of 48 on February 11,2012. Ms, Houston was not only a singer but also an actress, producer, and model. Houston was one of the world's best selling artists. She has sold over 170 million albums worldwide. In 2009, the Guiness World Records cited her as the most awarded female of all time. She has received two Emmy awards and six Grammy awards, 30 billboard awards, and 22 American music awards. Whitney was found dead in a fourth-floor suite in a bathtub, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, in Beverly Hills, California. The cuase of her death is still unknown. The resuts will take up to 6-8 weeks. The paramedics arrived at the scene at 3:30 pm. They performed CPR to the singer, but she wouldn't respond. At approximately 4:00 pm she was pronounced dead. The plice have already announced that it was not a murder. Whitney Houston was left with one daughter, 18 year old Bobb Kristina who later that day was rushed to the hospital due to an anxiety attack. She was released from the hopstial hours later. During her relationship with Bobby Brown, Whitney was strung out on drugs for years. Though she is gone and has struggled with her demons, she will be be rememebered. There will never be another one like het. R.I.P Whitney Houston !!!
