AVA stands for African Violet Associations. It was founded by Ms Katrina Sapp in 1996. Ashanti was founded in 1994. Black Reign was founded in 1995. Together we form an organization thats unstoppable and unbeatable. As you know we recently went to Palm Beach and had a show for South Florida Champs. We came out ontop. With our hard work and dedication no team can compare. Many immatate and duplicate but none can copy perfection. Through brotherhood and sisterhood comes AVA and we show that in our steps and performances. If your looking for a brotherly and sisterly bond join a team like ours. Its a life time bond that no one can break. I can say that Nova High school really respects us. Not many step teams are recognized at there school but we have alot of support. I do feel with the support from our friends and peers we always come out on top. In the end its worth all the blood sweat and tears. After the first place win all that goes away and a bundle of joy comes to light. Our support at Nova show was amazing and im thankful to have a school like nova and a step team like AVA. I LOVE MY TEAM. I dont understand the fear of trying out. Some say its hard but if you stick it out and stay till the end you wont regret it. I still and never will regret trying out for AVA. Everyonr should try out no discriminations. SOUTH FLORIDA CHAMPS!
