Do you like dancing? Singing?Maybe both? Then you should definately watch this movie! Nikko (Nolan Geraud Funk) got kicked out of his own band and is convinced to join a high school choir. Courtney (Tammin Sursok) hopes that Nikko can help them win the upcoming competition and cash prize.
It features many songs and hip hop dances that would make you get up on your feet! It includes romance and is a musical that anyone would enjoy. In addition, it includes a lot of the things teens do these days. The choir, Spectacular, is against Ta-Da in competition as well as many other Show Choirs. There is a lot of teamwork and singing as well as dancing. This movie also teaches a lesson: Not to be selfish and don't lie. It shows how everyone is talented in their own ways. The movie starts out with a band called Slaughtered Brains playing the background music for "Dont Tell Me" and Nikko suddenly appearing to perform the song. He then gets kicked out of his own band for always showing to performances late and breaking their own equipments. Some songs that are featured in this show are "Don't Tell Me, Lonely Love Song, Your Own Way, Something to Believe In, and Everything Can Change". Nikko later finds out that he is offered a record deal and betrays the Choir. Amy tells Nikko's brother that he is working in a Choir and confronts him to making him decide on taking up on the audition for the record deal. The members of Spectacular are upset at Nikko for dropping out at the last second making Nikko feel more upset. Just before it was Spectacular's turn to perform at the competition, Nikko shows up and sang with the group which surprised everyone.
